Pokemon Phantom Order

Pokemon Phantom Order is an innovative, narrative-focused GBA ROM hack created by Star Dragon 707, built upon the foundation of Pokemon Emerald. The game completely redefines traditional combat by introducing a Turn Order Luck System. Based on a Pokémon's Base Stat Total (BST), there is a 1% to 20% chance that a slower creature will move first, making every single turn unpredictable and forcing players to adapt to sudden shifts in momentum.

The hack features a fully rebalanced main Pokédex of 255 Pokémon, complete with updated stats, curated movesets, and completely original evolutionary lines. Mega Evolution has been reimagined as a permanent final form unlocked via the 'Alpha Shard,' meaning your Pokémon will stay in their Mega state throughout the entire battle. Traditional Gyms have also been entirely replaced by a mysterious new challenge network known as 'The Kroza.'

Aether and strategy go hand in hand here, supported by modern quality-of-life features like the Physical/Special split, permanently active EXP All, and strict Level Caps. Exploration is heavily emphasized through side quests, hidden areas that grant Discord 'detective' status, and a unique endgame area called 'Beta Land'—a specialized Victory Road where you face off against powerful trainers cut from the main script. With punishing Legendary boss fights and reworked items, it offers a demanding and fresh take on Hoenn.
