Pokemon Hoenn's Last Wish

Pokemon Hoenn's Last Wish is an ambitious Game Boy Advance ROM hack based on Pokémon Emerald, created by Rafaelsanna. Set in a bleak alternate timeline, the game explores a world where Rayquaza failed to stop the apocalyptic clash between Groudon and Kyogre. The Hoenn region collapsed into ruin, cities were abandoned, and Pokémon returned to a feral state. Hope remains only in the form of two mythical Pokémon: Jirachi, the wish-granting star, and Celebi, the guardian of time, who together send you back to the past to prevent this devastated future from ever happening.

Returning to the Hoenn of the past, you quickly realize things are not as they should be. Echoes of the ruined future are leaking into the timeline, subtly distorting the world. Familiar characters behave differently, entirely new factions and villains have emerged, and you will even encounter desperate, morally ambiguous survivors who have traveled back from the post-apocalyptic future. The fragmented timeline has also caused wild Pokémon to exhibit unusual mutations, introducing new regional mutant forms with custom sprites.
