About Mega Moemon FireRed
Mega Moemon FireRed is an advanced Game Boy Advance ROM hack created by Septentrion, built upon the classic Pokémon FireRed engine. It is specially curated to showcase the absolute highest quality Moemon sprites—turning Pokémon into adorable, anime-style girls—while offering fresh and engaging gameplay challenges. The game features a carefully selected roster of 300 Moemon spanning across 5 generations, including 63 brand-new species, 12 new legendary encounters, and 5 new Mega Evolutions.
The hack modernizes the classic Kanto adventure with essential mechanics like the Fairy typing, the Physical/Special damage split, and reusable TMs. To keep veterans on their toes, almost every trainer in the game has been updated with new Moemon and movesets. Exploration is also expanded, offering 6 new areas to discover, double encounters, a roaming Mew to chase across Kanto, and the chance to encounter the Regi Trio alongside Regigigas. You can even play an optional 'Ash Version' for a different flavor of the journey.
A standout feature of Mega Moemon FireRed is the introduction of Event Mons! By talking to a specific character near the PC in any Pokémon Center (available only after obtaining 7 badges), you can input ALL CAPS passwords to receive special gifts. Try passwords like 'SUMMER23' for a Summer Lapras, 'HOLIDAYS' for a Shiny Delibird, 'FEATHERS' for a Shiny Swablu, 'WITCHHAT' for a strong, non-evolving Witch Pikachu, or 'PARADOXG' for a unique female Paradox Rufflet.
