About Pokemon Legends Delta
Pokemon Legends Delta is an ambitious Game Boy Advance ROM hack based on Pokémon Fire Red, created by the Delta Rangers team. Set during the Industrial Revolution era of the Hoenn region, the game explores a time when humanity is expanding its territory, but Pokémon remain feral and unpredictable. It is up to the Pokémon Rangers to protect the natural order and ensure the safety of citizens as these two worlds collide.
The narrative of Pokemon Legends Delta is deeply rooted in a novel-based storyline surrounding the Sootopolis meteor. Years after its impact, scientists discover it is emitting an energy that causes Pokémon to become highly aggressive. To investigate this, the game features a unique 2-Character Campaign System. Players can choose to play as Nolan, the leader of the Delta division of rangers and ancestor to Brendan, or Orerick, a battling prodigy, son of Mr. Stone, and ancestor to Steven Stone. The world and NPCs will react differently depending on your chosen protagonist's age and profession.
Beyond its captivating story, Pokemon Legends Delta introduces exciting gameplay features to the classic GBA format. Players will discover Ancient Hoenn (AH) Forms, such as an Ice-type Skarmory and Vigorking (a Slaking variant without the Loafing ability). The hack is powered by a Gen 8 Battle Engine, complete with modern combat mechanics and planned Mega Evolutions inspired by Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Combined with modern Quality of Life (QoL) improvements like Exp. All, Nature Mints, and an updated Repel system, Pokemon Legends Delta delivers a seamless and highly polished retro RPG experience.
