Pokemon Blue Stars 4 is a highly ambitious Game Boy Advance ROM hack by Jean Stars, built upon the foundation of Pokémon Fire Red. Set in the brand-new Shinstar region, the game's gripping narrative begins with Mewtwo on the run from Team Cosmic, a nefarious evil organization hell-bent on harnessing its psychic power to resurrect a terrible, perilous Pokémon. As a new trainer, your goal is to claim the title of the mightiest champion while stopping Team Cosmic's catastrophic plans alongside familiar faces—including Jessie, James, and Meowth—as well as fresh allies.

The hack is absolutely packed with modern mechanics and quality-of-life updates. Players can encounter and catch Pokémon from Generations 1 through 9, including unique Hisuian forms. The battle system is comprehensively updated to support Mega Evolutions, Z-Moves, Dynamax, and Gigantamax. To tailor the experience to your playstyle, the game offers three distinct difficulty levels (Normal, Hard, and Expert) alongside a built-in Level Cap system and a modernized Shared Experience mechanic.
