Crossed Swords

Crossed Swords is a first-person fantasy rail shooter developed and published by Namco, released in arcades around 1991.

In this game, you take on the role of a knight tasked with a critical mission: rescuing the princess from an evil sorcerer. The gameplay unfolds from a first-person perspective as you travel along a predetermined path through various fantastical environments. Your primary means of defense and offense involve a sword, which you swing to attack the numerous monsters that stand in your way. These enemies range from goblins and skeletons to more formidable foes like wizards and dragons.
