Captain America and the Avengers

Captain America and the Avengers is a side-scrolling beat 'em up game released for the NES in the early 1990s.

In this title, you take on the role of Captain America, navigating through various stages filled with enemy troops and familiar Marvel villains. You move Captain America left and right, jump over obstacles, and engage enemies using a combination of punches, kicks, and his signature shield throw.
