About Battle Circuit
Battle Circuit is a beat 'em up game released by Capcom in 1997 for the arcade platform.
In Battle Circuit, you take on the role of one of four unique heroes: Hayato Kanzaki, a martial artist with a cybernetic arm; Cycloid-Beta, a fast-moving female cyborg; Cyber Blue, a large, powerful male cyborg; or Luna, a nimble young woman with a unique fighting style. Each character offers a different approach to combat, allowing players to find a preferred way to tackle the game's challenges.
The gameplay involves moving through scrolling stages, confronting waves of enemies, and culminating in boss fights. You can perform basic attacks, jump, and execute special moves that consume an energy meter. The game supports up to four players simultaneously, making it a chaotic but cooperative experience as you work together to clear screens of enemies and progress through diverse environments, from city streets to alien landscapes.
Capcom put a lot of detail into the character sprites and animations for Battle Circuit.
