Retro Elevator Action Game Collection

The original Elevator Action puts you in control of a lone operative descending through a skyscraper. Your mission is to gather all the red and blue classified documents scattered across 30 floors before exiting the building. You'll spend your time riding elevators, jumping between platforms, and using your firearm to neutralize the rival agents and mechanical robots that stand in your way. Picking up a document requires you to be standing over it. The game manual detailed specific enemy types like 'Agents' and 'Robots', and the primary objective was to collect all the 'classified documents' marked in red and blue.

Later installments in the Elevator Action series expanded upon this core formula. For instance, Elevator Action Returns introduced new characters and more complex level designs, while still maintaining the core mechanic of vertical and horizontal navigation via elevators and combat. The Elevator Action Deluxe version continued this evolution, offering updated visuals and refined gameplay, but the heart of Elevator Action remains the tense infiltration, document retrieval, and strategic use of the building's architecture to outmaneuver opponents.
